For years, signing a contract meant printing it, signing by hand, scanning it and sending it back. Or pasting the image of a signature onto a PDF and hoping nobody would ever challenge it. In the first case you lose days, and sometimes the client. In the second you lose the proof.
DOCUJET exists so that you no longer have to choose between fast and secure. The sender uploads the PDF, marks where to sign and sends it. The recipient opens it on their phone, without creating an account or installing anything, and signs in a few minutes.
Everything that makes that signature solid happens behind the scenes, automatically: the record of every step, the seal, the time stamp, the public proof. The person signing never notices. The person who one day has to verify it will.

What makes a DOCUJET signature solid.
A secure signature
The signer confirms with a one-time code received on their own mobile phone or email. On the plans that include it, the advanced electronic signature (AES) adds verification of the ID document and of the face.
In line with the European eIDAS Regulation
The qualified seal
To the signed document we add a qualified electronic seal and a qualified time stamp, using the services of Namirial, a qualified trust service provider. It does not replace the signature of the person signing: it accompanies and protects it.

The signature certificate
At the end of every signed PDF is its certificate: who signed, with which contact detail, on what day and at what time, and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the original document. The full record of every step, IP address included, is in the audit dossier you download from the document.

The public proof
The document's fingerprint is anchored on the Bitcoin blockchain: a public and independent proof of integrity, which adds to the time stamp and remains verifiable even without us.
Verifiable by anyone
Trust is not declared. It is demonstrated.
We are not asking you to trust us. Every signed document can be verified independently: on our verification page, with the European Commission's DSS validator, or directly on the blockchain. Even if one day DOCUJET no longer existed.
